How to Return an Order

If you are dissatisfied with your order you can return your purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping fee and restocking fee) as long as the following conditions are met:

• The item is returned within 15 days of the date it shipped
• The item is returned in its original, intact packaging
• The item is returned in full and undamaged condition

You must contact us at 877-843-1818 for a return authorization code. Returns received without a return authorization will not be refunded.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.

Refunds

A refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping fee and restocking fee, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the condition in which it was shipped. If your purchase is damaged in shipment, you must file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Turnaround

All orders will ship within 48 hours Monday thru Friday 8am-3pm.

United Parcel Service (UPS) will be used for all shipments.

Shipping charges are estimated based on the weight (rounded up to the nearest pound) and destination of your order. You will be shown the shipping charge prior to the final checkout page. Shipping charges are not refundable. We can ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping information available upon request Once an order ships it cannot be cancelled.
